Despite all that we read about a 'lighter touch' when it comes to advertising regulation there seem to be an ever increasing number of organisations who are entitled to the regulatory process.

Who are these organisations? What gives them the right to interfere? At what stage in the advertising process do they get involved?

If you are an advertiser or an agency you will probably feel this is all a pain, however, you would be unwise to ignore it - for sure it will not go away. It could even be than an understanding of the system will work to your advantage.

The objective of our training session is to give you enough information to get the best out of the system for your business. But we don't just want to do that, we want to have a bit of fun as well.

We'll show and play some commercials that even Chris Tarrant hasn't got to yet. You will put yourselves into the position of the ASA Council, the Radio Authority, the ITC and a BACC Copy Executive and see if making the decisions is as easy as you thought.

Just as thoughts of getting down the pub begin to enter your head we'll force you to embarrass yourselves with an advertising quiz - however points will make prizes (well one prize anyway)!
